The new floor plan cleverly integrates existing structural pillars. Successive dressing room and kitchen is more efficient use of space. Open bathroom benefits from window light. Decoration is a mix of contemporary and vintage furniture.

 

Result is a lovely small apartment with chic herringbone parquet flooring.
