This 40m² apartment in a quiet Parisian courtyard was once nothing more than a small corner of an office floor. Commissioned to create furnished apartments for rental in place of these offices, we designed an entirely new layout.

Structuring space where none existed

The load-bearing columns were integrated into the partition walls. The entrance hall with its dressing area flows naturally into a functional kitchen, making the most of every square metre. The bathroom opens discreetly onto the bedroom, whose window looks out onto the flower-filled terrace — accessible from the living room.

Small space, high standards

The solid oak herringbone parquet sets the tone from the outset — this is a characterful Parisian apartment, not a functional rental. Fully equipped and delivered turnkey, this 40m² apartment punches well above its weight.
