We were commissioned to transform office floors into several furnished apartments. The first step was to completely rethink the layout in order to create this 90 sqm family apartment with two bedrooms.

To enhance the character of the space, we exposed the beams, installed a herringbone parquet floor, and renovated the glass partition, giving the apartment a charm that is both authentic and contemporary.

The chosen interior design for this atypical apartment is bright and colorful, bringing personality and comfort to every room.

​

The long entrance corridor features a monochrome tropical mural, designed by the studio and printed on non-woven wallpaper.

​

The living area combines kitchen, dining, and lounge functions, complemented by an electric fireplace for added comfort behind the glass partition.

​

In the end, this luminous apartment blends Parisian charm with the exotic feel of a winter garden.
