Transformation of a former ironworks into a contemporary Parisian townhouse

The challenge was to metamorphose this vast 250m² industrial volume into a warm, structured and comfortable home.

The existing metal structure — preserved and celebrated — allows for generous living areas flooded with natural light, inviting a true indoor-outdoor way of life.

The adjoining building houses the bedrooms, ensuring calm and privacy.

Together, these elements compose a loft-house where industrial architecture sits in full harmony with the demands of contemporary comfort.
